The corsairs apparently took the Venetians to Avlonya and sold them to a Jewish called Salomon Levni. This is an act that is against the conditions of peace and the ahdname. So the sancakbey is ordered to free the two Venetians with their belongings. He is also ordered to punish Salomon Levni and others that colloborated witht he corsairs as an example for other people.
